Lady

In the summer of 2024 I found that a large number of my earlier works had been ruined by a leak in the room where they were stored. A majority of them had to be destroyed. While that was hard, it ended up leaving me feeling much lighter and ready to move forward.
One of the paintings, which was always a little different in style, was salvageable. So, I cleared the space in the center of the piece and did a little experiment with the woman I chose to fill that space. I still stuck with the CMYK mentality I usually use, but I laid down a different color first.
I think I like the results.
