Still Spinning T-shirt

I have taught indoor cycling classes for almost 30 years but my favorite class is one that I was able to format for people 55 and older. This has become my all-time favorite group of people. The riders range in age from 55 to 86 and they are in the class to have fun while working on cycling combined with periods of strength, balance, and cognition exercises.
