Order processing times
After an order is placed, it will be shipped within 7-10 business days excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping options
Shipping costs are extremely difficult to estimate at this time, and shipping costs are not factored into the prices of the paintings. Orders placed in the contiguous United States will be shipped via the lowest cost option that can be found on that day and will be charged to the purchaser. Those generally will arrive within 7 working days, but that cannot be guaranteed at this time.
Please contact me if International shipping is required. Due to tariffs and other expenses beyond my control these will be handled on a case by case basis.
If you are ordering from the Kansas City metro area, orders can be picked up at my studio in the ZhouB Art Center Kansas City. If this is not possible, arrangements can be made for delivery.
Tracking information will be relayed on all shipped products as soon as it is available.
Cancelleation/ Return Policy
I understand people change their mind and that life happens, however all cancellations must be made within 48 hours of ordering.
If upon receipt of your painting it is not all that you expected, please contact me to arrange the return shipping . The buyer accepts all costs of the return shipment.
Once the piece is received back and inspected for damage, a refund will be issued.
